ABOUT US
Primed Services Sdn. Bhd. (PSSB) is an authorized representative supplier and technical service provider with over 20 years of experience specializing in high-quality hospital and laboratory equipment in the area of disinfection and sterilization. PSSB was incorporated in November 2000 with 100% Bumiputra shareholders and registered under the Ministry of Finance of Malaysia.
We are focused on supplying and installing medical equipment while providing maintenance, service, and repairs for sterilizers, autoclaves, and any equipment associated with the Central Sterile Service Department (CSSD) and the Operation Theatre (OT). We have diversified our business into construction which we undertook water pipe projects, gas pipeline projects, and electrical and fibre optic projects. For the past 10 years, we have been in contract for medical equipment maintenance with Radicare (M) Sdn. Bhd., a concession company providing service to public hospitals in the central and east coast region. We cover both government hospitals and private medical centres throughout Malaysia and with our competent team of engineers and technicians, our clients will be guaranteed top-notch service for their medical equipment.
QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
PSSB obtained GDPMD and MDA certification in 2016 through Med Cert Malaysia, one of the largest and most experienced Conformity Assessment Bodies in the country. As stipulated in the Medical Device Act 2012, an establishment in Malaysia dealing with medical devices must attain GDPMD status to demonstrate its ability to meet the quality requirement and to maintain the safety and performance of medical equipment throughout the supply chain. Through these certifications, PSSB assures our clients of a quality management system and establishes ourselves as a trusted member of the healthcare industry.
